Brightree Summit is our annual conference where our HME, Pharmacy and Home Infusion customers gather with us to talk shop.
While we were disappointed that we couldn’t meet with you in 2020, we’re excited to see you (safely), hear the challenges you’ve overcome and understand the new needs for your business. You’ll hear from your peers, access training and get a front-row view of our latest innovations that will help keep you connected to what matters most: your patients.
Register now to save your spot. It’s going to be our best Brightree Summit yet.
Keynote Speaker Announced
We are excited to announce that former NBA champ Shane Battier will be our keynote speaker at Brightree Summit 2021. The former Duke Blue Devils’ superstar — who played in the NBA for 13 years and won back-to-back NBA Championships – will share his story of overcoming obstacles and facing challenge. He’ll also break down how analytics improve performance for organizations and athletes alike. You won’t want to miss hearing him live!
With your health and safety in mind, The City of New Orleans requires the following:
- Indoor mask mandate regardless of vaccination status.
- Proof of at least one dose of an approved COVID vaccine or negative PCR test within 72 hours to access indoor dining and bars, indoor fitness centers, and indoor entertainment and athletic venues.

You’re our inspiration.
Every day, thousands of post-acute care providers like you face challenges, and every day, you can count on Brightree to eliminate those obstacles. Our industry-leading technology is how we do it, but the people—providers and their patients—are why we do it.
In fact, together with our parent company, ResMed, we’re reaching 118 million lives through a connected health network. This technology helps provide the connectivity tools you need to realize the best outcomes for your business, and the outcomes your patients deserve.
Sessions for everyone.
No matter what your role is in the post-acute industry, each of our sessions are designed to help you succeed. Limitless learning opportunities.
During our multi-day Summit, you’ll hear from your peers and Brightree experts on ways to utilize your system and new innovations we’re rolling out. You can attend newly created tracks to enhance your learning experience. Industry experts will present the best ways to boost business efficiency and drive better patient care. And there’s more: Our one-on-one Ask the Expert consulting sessions, networking opportunities, and a solutions pavilion – all at Summit.
Did we mention the locale?
While we were disappointed that we couldn’t host each of you in 2020, we’re excited to welcome you to the great city of New Orleans in 2021. Our multi-day event in Nola will give you the opportunity to explore the vibrant city that’s never short on things to do. Our home base is the New Orleans Marriott, centrally located in downtown on Canal Street just steps away from the historic French Quarter.
Let the good times roll.
With hundreds of HME, Home Infusion and Pharmacy businesses of all sizes convening in New Orleans for our sessions, training, solutions pavilion and special events, the opportunities to make connections are limitless. You can unwind and have fun with your peers on Monday, November 8 during our welcome reception, complete with a jazz band, cocktails, and light appetizers. And then get ready to party New Orleans-style at Latrobe’s on Royal on Tuesday, November 9.
You’re in, now make sure your boss is, too.
The business case for making your way to Brightree Summit is clear; but here’s an added push to help convince your manager:
“You can’t beat the ability to learn about the newest features of Brightree all in one day. Also networking with peers is always important.”
