In his role at NHIA, Bill focuses on reimbursement and regulatory issues that affect providers’ ability to do business and collect payment for their services. He also serves as the NHIA staff liaison to the Medicare Contractor Advisory Committee and the Payer Advocacy and Relations Committee. Bill has been instrumental in advocating for proper recognition of services and appropriate reimbursement through several significant industry developments, including the rollout of Medicare’s Home Infusion Therapy benefit, Medicare’s IVIG demonstration project, and the COVID-19 public health emergency. Prior to joining NHIA, Noyes spent 20 years working for a regional home infusion provider with a focus on operations and finance.
