Cindy leads a team of account managers who help Brightree customers manage their collections software and workflows. She has over 12 years of experience in the DME healthcare industry, including positions in customer service, insurance denials and collections, process creation and improvement, and unbilled revenue. Before joining Brightree, she served as the Quality Assurance Manager for a National DME Provider’s customer service department, leading a quality assurance analyst team and working collaboratively with global counterparts.
