Cindy Bonnett is the Director of Customer Experience for Brightree Patient Collections, where she leads a team of account managers who help Brightree customers manage their patient collections. She has over 12 years of experience in the DME healthcare industry with background in customer service, insurance denials and collections, process creation and improvement, and unbilled revenue. Most recently, she was the Quality Assurance Manager for a national DME’s customer service department, where she led a team of quality assurance analysts and worked collaboratively with global counterparts.
